The Site is operated by Campus Clothing Company, Inc. (the “Company” or “us” or “we”). This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) is an agreement between you and the Company governing your use of the Site and the Campus Customs online stores accessible through the Site, together with any materials and services available or accessible on the Site.
The Company respects our customers’ privacy. The Company is headquartered in the United States, and, as a result, it is expected that data, including personal information, is likely to be maintained in or transferred to the United States. Where personal information is transferred between countries, such transfer will be subject to a contract which ensures the production of information.
Insofar as you have given your consent for us to collect your personal information and process your data, the respective consent forms the legal basis for the processing covered by the consent. This applies to all data and personal information you provide to us, including, but not limited to,any consent to telephone or e-mail marketing you may have granted. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. DATA RETENTION
We will retain your information and data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, unless longer retention is required or allowed by law. We will delete your personal data as soon as it is no longer needed for these purposes. As soon as your personal data is no longer needed for the aforementioned purposes, it will be removed from our databases and no longer be available for further use, and will be deleted at the end of the retention periods stipulated by law, unless you have expressly consented to further utilization of your data. Verifying Your Identity for Requests to Access or Delete Personal Information
We take the privacy of your personal information seriously and want to ensure that we provide only you or your authorized agent with your personal information. If we are unable to verify your identity with a high degree of certainty, we will only be able to provide a report with category-level information and we may not be able to delete some of your information.
How do I submit a request using an Authorized Agent?
An authorized agent is a person or business who has authorization to request to know what personal information we have about you, to delete the personal information we have about you, or to opt out of the sale of personal information on behalf of a California resident. Authorized agents use the same links described above to submit requests.
If you are submitting a request on behalf of another person, we require a valid power of attorney and a signed attestation form. If you do not have a valid power of attorney, we require an authorization document and a copy of the consumer’s government-issued photo identification in addition to our attestation form. Our attestation form can be downloaded from the request form.
How do I send you my documentation?
If you submit a request on our website, you will be asked to upload this documentation when you submit your request. If you submit your request over the phone, you will be asked to email your forms to team@campuscustoms.com. Please note, you will have 10 business days to provide all required documentation.
Your California Privacy Rights – Shine the Light
If you are a California resident, California law permits you to request information regarding the disclosure of your personal information by the Company to third parties for the third parties' direct marketing purposes within the immediately preceding calendar year. The Company will provide you with a list of the categories of personal information disclosed and a list of the names and addresses of the third parties. GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (“GDPR”) OF THE EUROPEAN UNION (“EU”)
The GDPR does not apply to this Policy. Residents of the EU are prohibited from accessing the Site from within the EU and are prohibited from using the Site and the Services from within the EU for any purpose, including, but not limited to, placing orders for delivery into the EU.
The Site and the Services are exclusively intended for access and use by residents of the United States.

If you click on or interact with a hyperlink that you find on our websites, you may leave our website or send information to a different website or application. If you place an order, you will interact with a third-party payment processor and third-party order fulfillment service, namely Square.Our Policy does not apply to your interactions with third-party websites or mobile apps—including, but not limited to, Square—even if you find a link to them on or access them through the Site. In addition, we use third-party CRM software and services, some of which may be cloud-based. While our CRM is only used internally for the purposes of lead tracking, customer service, and marketing, to the extent that any of your information may be used by such software or services it may be passed on to the website or cloud-based systems of the third-party, over which the Company has no control, and thus we cannot ensure the security of any information which is passed on to such third parties.
